EBV Inside Sales Specialist (Semiconductor)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; other location: Kragujevac, Serbia

What you will do

• Create, upload, qualify, and manage large quotations and bills of materials in SAP.
• Validate automated orders, order changes, forecasts, consignment changes, and call-offs, then book approved orders to the backlog.
• Own the requoting process and proactively manage unconfirmed, overdue, and delayed orders.
• Provide customers with information about lead-time changes, backlog situations, and supply-chain delays.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and validate efficient customer logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with inside sales, account management, purchasing, quote center, supplier controlling, sales operations, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of customer needs, products, and complex business services.
• Good knowledge of English and French required.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, ERP, and order management systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, analysis, formatting, data manipulation, and problem solving.
• Ability to identify qualified customers and support increasingly complex accounts.
