Network Engineer (Cloud Networking): Designing, deploying, and operating enterprise network services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments with an accent on LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, cloud networking, and network security. Focus on optimizing performance, resolving complex incidents, modernizing infrastructure, and supporting global operations aligned with US business hours.
Location: Taipei City, Taiwan; on-site. Regular collaboration and support are aligned with US business hours and broader global operations.

What you will do
- Design, deploy, operate, and continuously improve enterprise network services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Configure LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, remote access, and branch connectivity solutions.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, VPN, network segmentation, and cloud-based security services.
- Monitor performance and availability, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve complex network incidents.
- Support incident, problem, and change management with carriers, cloud providers, vendors, and global IT teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support office build-outs, relocations, infrastructure refreshes, and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, operations, or infrastructure services.
- Hands-on experience with WAN routing, SD-WAN, LAN/campus networking, and Wi-Fi.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, and QoS.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud and hybrid networking platforms.
- Experience with next-generation firewalls, VPN, and ZTNA/SASE architectures.
- Business-fluent English is required; the role is on-site in Taipei City, Taiwan.
Nice to have
- CCNP or equivalent certification.
- AWS Advanced Networking – Specialty or Azure Network Engineer Associate certification.
- Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
