Location: Baku, Azerbaijan; on-site at the employer's office
Salary: 2080 AZN per month before taxes

International IT outsourcing company delivering software projects for global clients in banking and fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and telecommunications.
What you will do
- Complete a structured five-month Business Analysis traineeship.
- Build a strong theoretical foundation in business analysis for IT projects.
- Learn to apply business analysis methods to organizational process optimization.
- Prepare for participation in real commercial and enterprise-level projects.
- Work full-time, five days per week and eight hours per day, with mandatory office attendance.
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate English, German, or French for verbal communication.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of business analysis.
- Successful completion of Business Analyst in IT courses.
- Readiness to learn intensively and build a career in Business Analysis.
- Own laptop for the traineeship.
Nice to have
- Participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or Business Analyst conferences.
- Previous experience in healthcare, consulting, international law, finance, banking, insurance, accounting, or audit.
