Product Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid with 3 days per week at the office

hirify.global develops voice and omnichannel AI agents for banks, initially focused on debt collection and recovery optimization.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the KPIs used across the business.
• Build data models and dashboards from call, debt, and payment data.
• Automate bank invoicing and billing across currencies.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure genuine improvements in recovery rates.
• Investigate anomalous metrics, identify root causes, and resolve data-quality issues.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience building business-critical metrics and models.
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Ownership of analytical outcomes and ability to connect analysis to business decisions.
• STEM degree and exceptional academic performance.
• Strong interest in using AI for automation while maintaining rigorous quality control.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Dubai office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Collections or fintech experience is not required; the domain can be learned on the job.
