TL;DR
Principal Motion Designer (AI): Defining motion languages, animation systems, and creative standards for campaigns, digital experiences, branded content, and emerging platforms with an accent on storytelling, technical craft, and AI-assisted production workflows. Focus on designing motion graphics and UI animation, building generative AI production ecosystems, mentoring designers, and integrating pacing, sound, and music into emotionally engaging experiences.
Location: Buenos Aires or Mar del Plata, Argentina. Work is aligned with EST hours.

What you will do
- Define motion language, animation systems, and creative standards for campaigns, digital experiences, and branded content.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics, animation, UI motion, video content, and emerging motion experiences.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, motion systems, and visual explorations for creative concepts.
- Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Visual Designers, and Generative AI Artists on integrated audience experiences.
- Guide motion craft, storytelling, sound design, music selection, and audio direction while mentoring Motion Designers.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows, automation, and generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Vizcom, and Weavy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar role.
- Portfolio demonstrating outstanding motion design, animation, and strong typography, color, and layout fundamentals.
- Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects.
- Deep understanding of AI workflows and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; the role requires EST working hours.

- Experience with Adobe Premiere.
