Senior Lead Producer

Location: Budapest, hybrid. The role includes leading production shoots in the DACH region and internationally.

What you will do

• Lead productions from initial scoping, budgeting, and planning through production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Develop production approaches with creative, strategy, account, and client teams for social content, creative sprints, campaigns, large-scale productions, and innovation projects.
• Manage crew sourcing, casting, locations, permits, travel, logistics, schedules, budgets, estimates, and triple-bid processes.
• Lead shoots in the DACH region and internationally while coordinating production companies, directors, photographers, post-production partners, and specialist suppliers.
• Oversee post-production workflows, manage risks, and ensure efficient delivery within agreed budgets and quality standards.
• Build client relationships, advise on production matters, and support and mentor junior production team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in an agency, production company, or integrated creative environment.
• Experience delivering productions across multiple international markets, including both agency-side and hands-on line production.
• Strong understanding of video, photography, social content, and integrated campaign production.
• Established network of production companies, directors, photographers, crew, post-production facilities, and specialist suppliers.
• Strong commercial, budgeting, negotiation, organisational, project management, and client-facing skills.
• Great English skills required; conversational German is a plus, not a must.
