Senior SEO/GEO Consultant (German speaking)

What you will do

• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
• Act as a strategic advisor by assessing client needs, challenging goals, and proposing hands-on solutions.
• Guide and educate SEO consultants supporting client strategies and roadmaps.
• Perform keyword research, technical scans, and backlink audits when required.
• Participate independently in new business pitches and one-off client projects.
• Track performance, analyze data, and report recommendations to clients while staying current with organic search trends.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• At least five years of SEO experience.
• Advanced SEO and GEO expertise with strong strategic planning skills.
• Very strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
