Senior IT Infrastructure Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the identity platform, including Okta, SSO, SCIM, Workflows, API Gateway, just-in-time access, service accounts, API keys, and audit controls.
• Administer and secure enterprise SaaS and AI platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entitle, Microsoft 365, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and Cursor.
• Build and operate the GCP-based IT infrastructure platform using Cloud Run, VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and secrets management.
• Design automation with Make.com, Okta Workflows, APIs, webhooks, and MCP, including monitoring, alerting, failure runbooks, and zero-touch self-service.
• Build AI agents for infrastructure tasks with explicit action boundaries, escalation conditions, prompt and context engineering, and evaluation.
• Support endpoint, network, and security operations across Kandji, Intune, Airlock, Meraki, FortiGate, and Palo Alto Prisma, partnering with Security on governance and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, InfraDevOps, or platform engineering in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Production-level experience with Okta or an equivalent identity provider and enterprise SaaS administration.
• Cloud engineering experience with GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure, plus Terraform or other IaC, containers, CI/CD, and secrets management.
• Strong scripting and integration skills with Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Experience building and operating automation at scale, including monitoring and ownership of delivered systems.
• Strong written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• Internal tools or full-stack application development with React, Node, or Python and SSO-backed authentication.
• Advanced LLM engineering, including RAG, agent frameworks, MCP servers, LLM evaluation, and AI gateway or cost governance.
• Advanced MDM experience with Kandji, Jamf, or Intune, network fundamentals, or global office rollouts.
• Relevant cloud, Terraform, or Okta certifications.
