Corridor Manager (Fintech)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work with onsite attendance Monday through Wednesday each week. Additional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Own the growth plan and P&L for assigned money-transfer corridors, tracking customers, transactions, volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Analyze cohorts, corridors, payment rails, send bands, tenure, customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop customer insights, business cases, and experimentation roadmaps, then drive initiatives through pricing, product, marketing, payments, and customer service.
• Set standards for analytical rigor and represent Analytics for the partnering pod.
• Build reusable frameworks, workflows, agents, models, and AI-enabled tools that improve self-service analysis and commercial effectiveness.
• Mentor colleagues, review investment decisions, and communicate recommendations to senior and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business or data analytics, business management, or a similar commercial role.
• Background in B2C fintech, consumer internet, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on analytical expertise with the ability to translate business questions into rigorous analysis.
• Experience owning business goals and delivering customer-facing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design, execute, measure, and make decisions from business cases and experiments.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting analysis to VP-level stakeholders and explaining it to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-border payments or remittances.
• Experience in pricing, lifecycle marketing, or funnel ownership.
• Experience building internal tools, agents, or automations adopted by others.
