Forward Deployed Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote or hybrid based out of Mexico City, Mexico; flexible access to the Roma Norte office and travel to customer sites across Latin America as needed.

hirify.global is a stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises, providing corporate cards, payments, treasury, and spend management across multiple countries.

What you will do

• Build and ship integrations between hirify.global and customer ERPs, accounting systems, APIs, and webhooks.
• Map and synchronize customer data models, including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors.
• Configure multi-entity and multi-currency finance setups and design payment and settlement flows across fiat and stablecoin rails.
• Support country-specific finance, tax, and e-invoicing requirements while coordinating with Compliance and Risk.
• Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live, adoption, escalations, and expansion.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering on technical discovery, implementation tooling, and product feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including 2+ years in customer-facing technical work.
• Production coding experience with at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, plus REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines.
• Experience owning customer projects through go-live, including timelines and stakeholder management.
• Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, card issuing, payment rails, or cross-border money movement.
• Experience integrating ERP, accounting, or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Understanding of accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with stablecoins, digital asset infrastructure, or LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems such as CFDI, NF-e, or DIAN.
• Previous forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineering experience at a startup.
