Organic Growth Specialist (SEO/GEO): Improving the discoverability of PlayStation games, franchises, and experiences across search engines and AI-powered answer engines with an accent on keyword research, content optimisation, and structured data. Focus on supporting game launches, evaluating search performance, and improving content retrieval and citation in AI-powered experiences.
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £320–£350 per day

What you will do
- Own SEO and GEO optimisation across a portfolio of PlayStation game franchises.
- Conduct keyword, search-intent, and entity research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimise game pages, franchise hubs, buying guides, and evergreen content in partnership with Editorial teams.
- Improve page structure, metadata, headings, FAQs, internal linking, and structured data.
- Support first-party and third-party game launches through search planning and optimisation.
- Monitor performance, evaluate results with Analytics teams, and contribute to AI-powered content retrieval and citation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience delivering SEO programmes for large websites or digital brands.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimisation.
- Experience with enterprise SEO platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across Editorial, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams.
- Passion for gaming and strong knowledge of PlayStation products and franchises.
Nice to have
- Experience with GEO or AI Search.
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience working across multilingual or international websites.
