Sales Operations Specialist II (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Process orders and resolve related issues throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Inside and Digital Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Accounting, and other internal teams.
• Own and execute assigned projects and programs, including basic project management activities.
• Answer pre-sales and post-sales questions from sales teams and external partners, research inquiries, and coordinate high-priority customer requests.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and identify process improvements that support business operations.
• Communicate current processes and best practices and provide related education.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of sales support experience preferred.
• Understanding of sales and order administration processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with Salesforce.
