What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Lead HR Operations, HR Administration, and Office Administration.
• Oversee workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, team scaling, and talent management.
• Manage HR budgets, metrics, reporting, process optimization, and HR system automation.
• Advise managers and employees on people-related matters, employee relations, and performance management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience, including HR Operations.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience managing HR budgets and HR policies, processes, KPIs, OKRs, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with HRM, ATS, CRM, and other HR systems.
• Knowledge of relocation, work permits, and immigration processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English required. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and people management skills.
