Senior Community Developer (For Honor) (Gaming/Live Service): Developing and executing global community engagement strategies for a competitive multiplayer game with an accent on player communications, feedback cycles, content planning, and retention. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, translating community insights into game improvements, and supporting launches, live operations, and community events.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global community strategies and content plans supporting production and marketing objectives for For Honor.
  • Coordinate communications, activities, and initiatives across global departments and partner teams.
  • Create player-facing content including blogs, podcasts, interviews, infographics, and other formats.
  • Represent the brand in community communications and coordinate studio visits, developer dialogues, tournaments, and other events.
  • Define community content KPIs, analyze performance and ROI, and produce reports on feedback, activity, and player expectations.
  • Represent player needs within Production and Publishing teams, shape feedback cycles, support launches and post-launch communications, and mentor community peers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of For Honor or fighting and PvP melee games and their competitive communities.
  • Extensive experience managing online communities and leading strategic community programs with measurable results.
  • Extensive video game industry experience, ideally with live-service or competitive multiplayer games across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Steam, Reddit, Discord, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, and their community dynamics.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams to filter, prioritize, and implement player feedback in demanding production environments.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Experience supporting esports, tournaments, or content creator programs.
