Wellness Nurse (LPN) Full-Time 6:30am - 2:30pm

Location: 19 Constitution Way, Litchfield, CT 06759, USA. On-site full-time position scheduled weekdays and alternating weekends, from 6:30am to 2:30pm.

Salary: USD 34–35 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and support holistic wellness.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance under federal, state, and local standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current LPN license.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical duties including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
