Staff Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

Fin, an hirify.global company, develops an AI Customer Agent and integrated help desk for customer support, sales, and ecommerce.

What you will do

• Contribute to the technical architecture of scalable customer-facing systems.
• Build and improve back-end and front-end systems with a focus on agility, scalability, and availability.
• Contribute across ideation, prototyping, design, implementation, and incremental continuous deployment.
• Work with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to deliver customer value.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, and career development for engineers.
• Raise standards for technical quality, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Significant demonstrated impact on products or engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language such as Ruby, Python, or Perl.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• At least two years as the primary technical leader for a team.
• Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers.
• Experience delivering value to customers or users and contributing to product strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience building SaaS products.
