Motion Designer (Flight Simulation)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden — hybrid work from the central Stockholm office

hirify.global is a Swedish SaaS company providing flight planning tools, navigation data, and aeronautical charts for the international flight simulation community.

What you will do

• Create 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, product demos, UI animations, visual effects, and video assets.
• Translate complex aviation, product, and software concepts into clear visual stories.
• Adapt motion content for campaigns, organic content, web, product releases, tutorials, and hirify.global Academy lessons.
• Take projects from concept and storyboarding through animation and final delivery.
• Develop reusable templates, transitions, and animation systems that improve brand consistency and production scalability.
• Collaborate with Content Producers, Designers, Marketing, and the Design Council while using analytics and community feedback to improve the work.

Requirements

• Professional motion design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating 2D and 3D motion, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, with experience in Premiere Pro and 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of design, animation, timing, composition, and brand consistency.
• Ability to communicate complex products and technical concepts clearly through visuals.
• Ability to adapt motion design across social, web, product showcases, campaigns, tutorials, and educational content.
• Proactive ownership, strong collaboration, communication skills, and the ability to drive projects from concept to delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI animation, educational content, aviation, flight simulation, or technology.
