TL;DR
Business Intelligence Analyst (FinTech): Building self-service BI dashboards, data models, and high-quality dbt/SQL data layers to support data-driven decisions across product, finance, and operations with an accent on dimensional modelling, analytics enablement, and data visualization. Focus on unifying business intelligence, data engineering, and business stakeholders while designing scalable datasets and maintaining reliable core data models.
Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid working model with onsite collaboration and remote work. An additional 25 days per year may be worked from a city or country of choice.

operates a digital investment platform for cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities across Europe.
What you will do
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Operations, and other teams to identify reporting needs and improve business intelligence workflows.
- Enable analysts across the organisation and streamline dashboard creation.
- Contribute to the design of a self-service BI visualization platform and core data model.
- Build relevant datasets and models with business intelligence, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain high data quality in the core data layer using dbt models and SQL.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills and solid experience with data modeling, including dimensional modeling, OBT, or star/snowflake schemas.
- Experience with data quality frameworks and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams and functions.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Git, dbt, and Python.
- A master’s degree.
- Passion for crypto and FinTech.
