TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer: Providing support to customers on a global level and helping them integrate into their products with an accent on problem-solving and troubleshooting. Focus on empowering customers’ to reach their objectives and address any challenges with the product.
Location: Hybrid. Must work from the office 3 days a week.
Salary: $81,000 - $96,000

What you will do
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers to resolve issues.
- Own customer communications from initial contact until resolution.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify current issues and offer informed opinions on potential solutions.
- Debug complex issues, understanding both 's codebase and customer technologies.
- Utilize technical knowledge to build tools that increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of technical support experience.
- Understanding of Web dev basics (HTML, Javascript, CSS), Git, Ruby, Rails, APIs.
- Understanding of REST API, SDKs & Webhooks.
- Solid understanding of tech fundamentals + modern day tools (Slack, Chrome, Coda, Asana, etc.).
- Strong customer focus (excels at + enjoys helping customers).
- Strong communication skills (ability to question, clarify, empathize, use appropriate tone + language, personable).
- Strong problem solving skills (ability to think critically and learn on-the-fly).
Nice to have
- Completion of technical coding bootcamps, programs, courses, etc.
- Previous experience working in a troubleshooting environment.
- Understanding code syntax or use of specifically supported frameworks.
- Experience configuring supported iOS/Android Plugins (mobile SDKs).
- Familiarity with native mobile development.
