Go Developer (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid in Almaty, Kazakhstan

Andersen is delivering software projects for international technology organizations, including high-load digital infrastructure and FinTech platforms.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Go microservices for a secure, scalable payment platform.
• Implement banking and payment business logic, APIs, service interfaces, and external system integrations.
• Build service-to-service communication with gRPC/Protobuf and asynchronous workflows with Kafka.
• Design PostgreSQL queries and database interactions, including event-driven processing and idempotent operations.
• Apply distributed systems patterns such as Saga, CQRS, and Transactional Outbox, and implement error handling, retries, timeouts, and recovery.
• Containerize and deploy services with Docker and Kubernetes, configure monitoring and tracing, and investigate production incidents.

Requirements

• Strong Go knowledge and at least 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Go microservices, FinTech systems, high-load or distributed systems, and external integrations.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, gRPC/Protobuf, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, distributed systems, reliability, fault tolerance, idempotency, retries, and timeouts.
• Experience with monitoring, metrics, distributed tracing, and production incident analysis.
• English: Intermediate or above.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CQRS, Saga, and Transactional Outbox patterns.
