Spatial Designer & Workspace Specialist (Benelux and France)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid with on-site presence at least four days a week and regular travel to clients across Benelux and to Paris

hirify.global is a circular scale-up using a subscription model to provide flexible, Nordic-inspired workspaces while keeping furniture in circulation.

What you will do

• Create 2D and 3D workspace designs aligned with client needs, density standards, value targets, and available furniture inventory.
• Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, scalable, and circular spatial solutions.
• Present design concepts and discuss design decisions directly with clients.
• Prepare design documentation for pitches and client communication.
• Collaborate with the global Brand & Design team in Copenhagen on design standards, product roadmap input, and concept testing.
• Support regional office, trade fair, event, and other design projects across Benelux and France.

Requirements

• Professional experience in workspace or interior spatial design.
• Comfort working with both 2D and 3D design tools.
• Ability to balance design quality with commercial, cost, and sustainability considerations.
• Confident communication and client presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Sales, and clients.
• Must be based in Amsterdam, work primarily from the Amsterdam office, and travel regularly to Paris and other client sites.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, in addition to the required Dutch and English.
• Experience contributing to design concepts, product roadmaps, or new concept testing.
• Interest in building design presence in a growing market.
