What you will do/Что делать

• Lead or support planning, coordination, and execution of HR-related projects focusing on IT systems integration and process improvements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions to minimize impact.
• Engage with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to define scope and ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to define objectives and KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
• Use project management tools like Lark Base for tracking and documentation.

Requirements/Требования

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in HR, IT, or cross-functional environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Workday, Lark, GWS and project management certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
