Sales are strong. Production is busy. So what should a Commercial Director change?
I’m leading a 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 at an established B2B manufacturer in Central Russia.
The goal is higher profitability and a commercial team that delivers consistently.
Some of the toughest decisions sit between functions: which orders get limited production capacity, how to improve margins without hurting key customer relationships, when a promising new product is worth real investment.

The role reports to the CEO and covers sales, procurement and logistics, marketing, customer service and the commercial side of product development.

I’d like to talk to leaders who have:
– delivered measurable margin improvements in B2B manufacturing
– built KPIs, routines and accountability that people actually use
– personally led negotiations with major customers
– linked commercial decisions to capacity, purchasing and product economics
– driven change where processes and data are still evolving Sector matters less than scope and results.
Experience taking technical B2B products to market is a plus.
