Extended Expertise Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Shanghai, Shanghai, China; onsite client consulting required

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and strategic consulting for clients deploying security integrations.
• Build custom security policies and application signatures for unique client environments.
• Consult customers onsite on security best practices and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Analyze solution logs and events, produce threat analysis reports, and mitigate web-based threats.
• Work with the Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot and diagnose escalated cases.
• Maintain implemented solutions, support upgrades, and collaborate with sales account teams on technical strategies and business reviews.

Requirements

• Experience with Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Firewalls and Prisma Access.
• Experience leading security solutions in large environments and installing, configuring, and operating high-end firewall appliances.
• Deep understanding of security threats, internet protocols, applications, and TCP/IP networking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead projects across organizations and resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language are required.
