TL;DR
Working Student: User Support for SAP & Authorizations (Aerospace): Processing SAP support tickets and authorization requests for aerospace operations with an accent on first-level support, user account administration, and accurate documentation. Focus on analyzing and escalating errors, supporting authorization reviews and audits, and collaborating on SAP user-management projects.

Location: Augsburg and Peißenberg, Germany; mobile working according to the area of responsibility

Salary: Up to €16 gross per hour

MT Management Service is part of the OHB space and technology group and centrally supports Human Resources, Finance, Controlling, and IT for MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

What you will do

  • Process SAP ticket requests as part of first-level user support.
  • Record, analyze, document, and communicate user requests.
  • Assist with error analysis and escalate complex issues to second-level support.
  • Process, review, and track SAP authorization requests.
  • Create, modify, and lock user accounts according to defined processes.
  • Maintain documentation and support SAP projects, authorization reviews, audits, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable subject.
  • Interest in SAP systems, IT processes, and authorization concepts.
  • Structured, meticulous, and self-directed working style.
  • Strong service and customer orientation.
  • Good German communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in IT support or with SAP.
