Tax Specialist (International Tax)

Location: Moscow, Leningradskoye Highway, 39As3; on-site at the employer's premises

What you will do

• Manage, prepare, and draft English- and Russian-language intercompany agreements.
• Automate intercompany contract preparation where possible and improve internal templates, guidance, and tracking.
• Coordinate contract execution and deliver signed agreements to international departments.
• Review tax reporting, consolidated reporting, tax instalment estimates, and third-party contracts.
• Prepare tax defence files and provide advice on withholding tax, VAT, corporate income tax, payroll taxes, and other taxes.
• Monitor tax legislation, case law, and policy developments and prepare analysis and recommendations for business, legal, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Degree in tax, law, or accounting with a significant taxation component.
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting or law firm.
• Experience with international taxes, different countries' tax systems, corporate income tax declarations, and statutory accounts.
• Effective use of Excel and other financial tools for tax analysis.
• Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
• Advanced English and the ability to work on-site in Moscow.
