What you will do
- Conduct employee and contractor investigations in line with Global Investigations Policy and local legal requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for allegations of wrongdoing and investigate reports submitted through global and local whistleblowing channels.
- Collect, secure, and preserve evidence related to investigation cases in Türkiye.
- Maintain investigation governance, assurance, case records, management information, and performance indicators.
- Prepare confidential investigation reports and present findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and organisational leaders.
- Track remedial actions through completion within defined service levels and timelines.
Requirements
- University degree or National Academy qualification in criminal justice, policing, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in multinational internal audit or investigation departments, preferably in telecommunications or finance, or experience conducting criminal investigations in law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of local and international auditing and investigation standards, disclosure legislation, and evidence requirements for legal or disciplinary proceedings.
- Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and formal investigation documentation.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, consultative, confidentiality, and prioritisation skills; no restriction for travelling and no outstanding military service obligation for male candidates.
Nice to have
- CIA, CISA, or CFE certification.
- Experience in the telecommunications or finance sectors.
