UX Writer

Location: Remote work from anywhere in the world, or at the office

What you will do

• Write and edit UX copy in English, Russian, and other languages.
• Prepare copy for translation and review localized versions for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Manage the user help portal and keep guides and documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to build effective product workflows.
• Improve in-product copy in line with voice, tone, and branding guidelines.
• Research competitors and maintain the team knowledge base, including guidelines, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX writing.
• Fluent Russian and English at C1 level or higher.
• Strong UX writing skills focused on clear and concise interface copy.
• Understanding of user behavior, UX principles, localization workflows, product development, versioning, and deployment.
• Experience writing for desktop and mobile applications.
• Experience with Figma, Lokalise, cross-functional collaboration, workflow organization, and project management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Basic understanding of design or marketing.
• Experience coordinating writers or leading smaller projects.
