Senior Transportation Analyst

Location: Remote - USA

Pay range: $78,900.00–$108,450.00 annually, depending on the hiring locality.

What you will do

• Manage and execute national transportation and logistics activities supporting the Materials Marketing Group.
• Oversee third-party transportation partners, including cost, service efficiency, and carrier relationships.
• Analyze logistics, inventory, asset reliability, and routing data to improve accuracy, profitability, and route design.
• Resolve missed pickups, route delays, and in-transit issues while keeping customer commitments.
• Recommend freight-lane optimization and cost-reduction initiatives to stakeholders and management.
• Support transportation software and brokerage-tool replacement, process development, and peer training.

Requirements

• Five years of prior experience in the transportation field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in a customer-facing position.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive work and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented and results-oriented approach with a commitment to organizational goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commitment to safe operations.
