TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (AI): Solving technical issues for Japanese and global customers using the hirify.global AI platform, focusing on installation, security, and integration with big data technologies. Location: Must be comfortable working in an early startup environment.

What you will do

  • Help Japanese and global customers solve technical issues with hirify.global in Japanese and English.
  • Communicate with the R&D team (in English) to solve complex issues and share customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other customer-facing teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document knowledge in technical articles and contribute to knowledge bases.
  • Assist with other activities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing engineering or technical role.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong competency in technical problem-solving.
  • Proficiency working with Unix-based operating systems and relational databases.
  • Ability to read and write Python or R code.

Nice to have

  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization systems.
  • Experience with ML models and LLMs.
