Business Analyst II-Design & Testing (QA)

What you will do

• Analyze business functions, complex as-is processes, requirements, workflows, and application UI needs.
• Define and document optimized solutions for business and application issues across multiple projects.
• Coordinate communication between IT, business partners, developers, project managers, subject matter experts, and customer support.
• Design, write, and execute unit, baseline, full-system, and ad hoc test cases and scripts.
• Identify, reproduce, log, and document bugs, defects, error codes, enhancements, and user stories.
• Support deployments, post-deployment remediation, escalations, and quality assurance documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of Information Technology experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of software and database testing, including test data design, stored job validation, and error replication.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, software development lifecycles, QA methodologies, test management software, and UI/UX applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, computer, and custom-application skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email; SQL queries, databases, Figma, and Balsamiq are advantageous.
