Technical Producer (AAA Game Development)

Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 10,700–19,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Own and maintain backlogs for shared technology initiatives across multiple projects.
• Translate technical requirements, project needs, and recurring problems into clearly scoped backlog items.
• Coordinate priorities with technical directors, leads, project teams, and other stakeholders in Warsaw and Boston.
• Lead planning, delivery, rollout, and adoption of shared technology changes.
• Track cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, capacity constraints, and delivery conflicts.
• Gather feedback from teams and use recurring needs to improve priorities and future initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Producer, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in game development.
• Working knowledge of software development workflows and engineering team operations.
• Experience working across multiple projects with shared teams, resources, and competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical leads, and senior technical stakeholders in distributed cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of CI/CD, source control, build systems, software integration workflows, and Jira or equivalent tools.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with shared technology, platform, or infrastructure teams.
• Experience coordinating technology solutions used across multiple products or projects.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine development environments.
• Experience with narrative development teams, tools, pipelines, and their integration into game development workflows.
