Senior Designer - Design Studio (AI)

What you will do

• Invent, prototype, and scale next-generation product experiences on hirify.global Data Fusion.
• Connect prototypes to real data, internal APIs, models, or lightweight code to validate feasibility and user experience.
• Design interaction patterns for probabilistic AI systems, including imperfect answers, corrections, disagreement handling, escalation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Own design outcomes from discovery through launch, including research plans, user flows, content, systems, and component-level details.
• Define AI tool and agent contracts, error states, monitoring hooks, and feedback loops.
• Partner with product, engineering, strategy, business design, customers, and executives through workshops, research, experimentation, and storytelling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Fluency with AI-native workflows, including prompt design, evaluation, chaining, agents, tools, RAG, and model/runtime constraints.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with real data through APIs, SDKs, lightweight code, or no-code/low-code tools.
• Strong user research skills, including planning and running studies and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, data-heavy or AI-powered experiences, including trust, safety, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including stakeholder management and presenting to executives and customers.
