TL;DR
Senior QA Engineer (AI enterprise software): Developing and maintaining test plans and automated and manual testing coverage for mission-critical applications with an accent on functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability. Focus on validating web and native mobile applications, testing integrations and databases, and identifying defects across cross-functional product workflows.

Location: Bucharest, Romania — hybrid or onsite

hirify.global develops an agentic AI platform for deploying, running, and monitoring mission-critical AI agents at scale, initially serving banking, insurance, government, and defense organizations.

What you will do

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases covering functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and manual testing.
  • Use automated testing tools, generate automated test reports, and identify defects and improvement areas.
  • Validate edge cases and user interface elements across web and native mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define test requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of QA experience.
  • Experience with browser developer tools and testing Angular or React web applications.
  • Experience testing native iOS and Android applications.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, with strong communication and autonomous collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Playwright.
  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and relational databases.
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployments and environment configuration.
