What you will do
- Provide first-line support for finance questions and requests across teams.
- Handle issues involving payments, transactions, invoices, and payouts.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Verify financial data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain clean, accurate records and help improve finance procedures and internal policies.
- Escalate complex cases with the relevant investigation context and support additional finance operations tasks.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, payments, or operations.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Confidence using Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work a night schedule in the Almaty office.
Nice to have
- Experience with payment systems, banking operations, or financial platforms.
- Previous experience in finance operations or support.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in a fast-paced or international environment.
