Fullstack Test Engineer Trainee

Location: Applicants must be residents of Kazakhstan. Participants from Almaty attend in the employer's office, while participants from Astana can join online.

Salary: 300,000 KZT per month gross

What you will do

• Develop practical software quality assurance skills across the full software development lifecycle.
• Apply software testing theory to hands-on tasks aligned with real commercial projects.
• Learn test automation approaches and modern quality assurance practices.
• Work with SQL, databases, and web and mobile application testing principles.
• Complete a five-month traineeship with mentors, technical reviews, and practical assignments.

Requirements

• English at Intermediate level or higher, including verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of software testing theory.
• Understanding of SQL and database fundamentals.
• Understanding of web and mobile application principles.
• Willingness to learn actively and master new tools.
• No prior professional experience is required.

Nice to have

• German at Intermediate level or higher.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages.
• Completed testing-related courses.
• Participation in educational, pet, or open-source projects.
