TL;DR
Full Stack Engineer (AI): Building end-to-end product features and agentic workflows for AI-powered property claims platforms with an accent on Java/Spring Boot, Angular, Kotlin/KMP, and autonomous agent evaluation. Focus on designing reliable agent loops, testing model outputs, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering measurable customer outcomes in small autonomous squads.
Location: Fully remote across Europe; applications from Belarus and Russia are not currently accepted.

What you will do
- Own product development end-to-end, from understanding customer problems and prototyping to production delivery.
- Build robust experiences across backend, frontend, and mobile, using Java/Spring Boot, Angular, or Kotlin/KMP as a core strength.
- Design autonomous agent loops, including tool permissions, failure recovery, delegation decisions, and evaluation frameworks.
- Debug and modernize legacy codebases and infrastructure while maintaining platform stability and performance.
- Lead technical quality within the squad through code reviews, automated testing, and maintainable engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering products end-to-end.
- Deep expertise in at least one of Java/Spring Boot, Angular, or Kotlin/KMP, plus effective work across other layers.
- Hands-on experience across more than one stack layer, such as backend and frontend or web and mobile.
- Daily practical use of AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with experience building evaluations and systematically validating model output.
- Strong architectural judgment, CI/CD and automated-testing experience, and experience working in agile teams.
- Excellent English for collaboration across international squads.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or native iOS/Android development.
- Background in InsurTech, PropTech, or property restoration.
- Experience integrating LLM features using OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, LangChain, or vector databases.
