Platform Engineer (Cloud/DevOps)

What you will do

• Provision, deploy, update, and manage hirify.global eiPaaS tenants throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor system availability and reliability and handle incident resolution.
• Maintain and optimize platform components across cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop deployment workflows, tooling, infrastructure automation, and product packaging.
• Create and maintain technical documentation while collaborating with internal stakeholders and R&D.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of virtualized or cloud infrastructure, with proficiency in at least one of VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python and Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with good communication skills and motivation to learn.
• English is the team’s working language. A credit check and security clearance are required for the selected candidate.

Nice to have

• Experience with web hosting technologies such as IIS, Kestrel, NGINX, or Apache.
• Familiarity with messaging services, including Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Experience with databases, object storage, or observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Telegraf, or ELK Stack.
