Group Cybersecurity Engineer (Expert Seniority Level) (AI)

What you will do

• Conduct security reviews, threat assessments, risk analyses, and major incident investigations.
• Improve security controls across cloud, infrastructure, workplace technologies, SIEM, XDR, IDS/IPS, IAM, and hardening.
• Lead vulnerability management using business impact, exploitability, and threat intelligence to prioritize remediation.
• Redesign security processes, define SOPs and SOC playbooks, and promote secure-by-design practices.
• Automate security operations and introduce AI-assisted capabilities for threat analysis, vulnerability prioritization, and incident response.
• Advise strategic initiatives, represent Security in cross-country forums, and build relationships with senior stakeholders and international teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and operations.
• Hands-on expertise with SIEM, detection and response, IAM, hardening, and security platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, workplace security architectures, and security operations.
• Knowledge of network protocols, identity technologies, and Active Directory.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Experience with vulnerability management programmes, risk-based prioritization, remediation governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have

• Recognized security certifications or a clear ambition to obtain them.
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI or machine-learning techniques to security operations.
• Additional European languages.
• Experience influencing secure engineering practices beyond the immediate technical scope.
