QA Manual Trainee

Location: Open to candidates from Kazakhstan; Almaty participants attend the employer's office during training, while Astana participants can join online.

Salary: 300,000 KZT per month before taxes

Andersen is an international IT outsourcing company focused on software development, with around 90% of projects in banking and fintech.

What you will do

• Complete a five-month QA traineeship and prepare for work on commercial software projects.
• Develop practical Quality Assurance skills through theory, hands-on training, and assignments.
• Take part in weekly technical assessments with support from experienced mentors.
• Build exposure to a second technology track and enterprise-level banking and fintech solutions.

Requirements

• English at Intermediate level or higher.
• Good understanding of software testing theory.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of web and mobile applications.
• Full-time commitment: five days per week, eight hours per day.
• Personal laptop for the training program.

Nice to have

• Technical background or programming experience.
• Completed testing-related courses.
• German at Intermediate level or higher.
