Senior Designer (Women's Collection)

Location: Moscow, Russia; onsite at the employer's premises

What you will do

• Monitor fashion trends, innovations, suppliers, competitors, catwalks, fabrics, prints, colors, and market insights.
• Own women's collection design from concepts, mood boards, and trend analysis through technical drawings, fabric selection, range boards, and final products.
• Coordinate pattern-making, sampling, sewing, production, sourcing, R&D, Buying, Retail, and fabric teams.
• Prepare technical sheets, pre-production files, wash briefs, design briefs, presentations, samples, and photoshoot collections.
• Analyze sales performance and customer profiles to update best-selling products and develop new collections.
• Mentor assistant and junior designers, participate in fit and sign-off meetings, and support celebrity and seasonal collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of fashion retail design experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience designing women's collections and managing the full collection lifecycle.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, production processes, range planning, assortment building, supplier management, and fabric sourcing.
• Experience with the Russian or CIS market and cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Production, Sourcing, and Retail teams.
• English proficiency required; experience with fashion AI tools such as Midjourney and other digital design tools.
