Chief of Staff (AI & Cloud)

What you will do

• Own the company operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, priority setting, decision follow-through, and accountability.
• Lead strategic projects across product, commercial, and finance from initial hypotheses through implementation.
• Take GPU and AI inference products to market by defining target segments, go-to-market strategy, and partner motions.
• Support financing and investor activities, including financial models, board materials, investor materials, and preparation for challenging questions.
• Translate founder strategy into clear priorities, owners, and deadlines for the leadership team.

Requirements

• Two to five years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable consulting firm.
• Outstanding academic record with evidence of early promotion and strong performance reviews.
• Experience owning complex, unstructured problems through implementation and measurable results.
• Strong financial modeling and commercial analysis skills, including go-to-market, pricing, or sales performance analysis.
• Ability to understand technical domains such as GPU computing and cloud infrastructure quickly.
• Professional proficiency in English and German is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI tools such as Claude.
