Junior UI/UX Designer (AI)

Digital product design work for web and mobile platforms.

What you will do

• Translate business goals, user needs, and product requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Create wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, user journeys, personas, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
• Apply conversion rate optimization strategies and use feedback, analytics, and research insights to improve engagement and usability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement designs aligned with brand standards.
• Explore AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve design and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
• Strong visual and interface design skills with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and interface design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with usability testing, surveys, interviews, CRO, A/B testing, or multivariate testing.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with developers and marketers.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
