Business Analyst (Market Risk)

Location: São Paulo; remote within the CET time zone

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders, particularly business users based in the United States, to understand needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams.
• Support implementation by clarifying functional requirements and validating delivered solutions.
• Monitor requirements throughout the project lifecycle and resolve functional issues with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
• Experience working with software development teams in Agile or traditional project environments.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level, with effective communication skills for stakeholders based in the United States.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
