SEO Specialist (AI Search): Growing organic traffic and search visibility for digital products aimed at a global audience with an accent on keyword growth, technical SEO, AI-powered search optimization, and app store optimization. Focus on auditing crawling and indexing, analyzing rankings and conversions, coordinating content and link building, and improving visibility in AI search results.

Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; work options include onsite, remote, and hybrid formats.

Salary: from $1,500 per month before taxes.

What you will do

  • Increase organic traffic and improve target keyword rankings in the Top 3/10.
  • Conduct keyword research, expansion, and clustering.
  • Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, and site structure.
  • Audit technical SEO and resolve indexing and crawling issues.
  • Improve visibility in AI-powered search through content, links, and brand mentions.
  • Coordinate content publication and monitor link-building activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SEO experience with proven results in organic traffic and keyword growth.
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and understanding search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Understanding of AI-powered search source selection and mobile app ASO.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, competitors, traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Confident knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Key Collector, or TopVisor.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with travel, transportation, or booking platforms.
