TL;DR
Head of Crypto (Web3) (Fintech/Crypto): Building and scaling Satispay's crypto and Web3 vertical, including crypto products, infrastructure, partnerships, and specialized teams with an accent on execution, product development, and European regulatory compliance. Focus on launching digital-asset products, navigating MiCA and AML/KYC requirements, building high-performing teams, and establishing relationships across the crypto ecosystem.

Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg. Hybrid working with three days per week in-office: Tuesday, Thursday, and one additional day of choice; extra remote time may be requested.

hirify.global is a financial platform expanding from payments and benefits into investing, cards, cryptocurrency, and Web3 services.

What you will do

  • Build and structure a dedicated, cross-functional crypto team from the ground up.
  • Own and execute the crypto roadmap, adapting the strategy and expanding the offering as market opportunities emerge.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of crypto products, from infrastructure setup and go-to-market planning through launch and optimization.
  • Partner with founders and C-level executives to align crypto initiatives with the company mission.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal on European regulatory requirements, including MiCA and digital-asset AML/KYC.
  • Develop partnerships with exchanges, custodians, liquidity providers, and blockchain networks.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience with crypto or Web3 initiatives at a regulated fintech, exchange, or crypto-native company.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and scaling specialized, high-performing teams.
  • Deep technical understanding of blockchain architecture, crypto markets, digital wallets, custody solutions, and Web3 infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the European crypto regulatory landscape, including MiCA and AML/KYC for digital assets.
  • Ability to turn high-level strategy into shipped products while balancing expansion with risk management.
  • Completely fluent English required.

  • Knowledge of Italian.
