JavaScript Trainee

Location: Applications are open across Kazakhstan; candidates from Almaty participate on-site, while participants from other cities can join remotely.

Salary: 270,000 KZT per month before taxes

Andersen is an international software outsourcing company delivering products and enterprise solutions, with around 90% of projects in banking and fintech.

What you will do

• Complete a five-month full-time JavaScript traineeship.
• Develop practical skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJAX.
• Choose a development path based on Angular, React, or Node.
• Build educational, personal, or test projects for a portfolio.
• Complete weekly technical assessments with support from mentors and a coordinator.
• Prepare for participation in commercial enterprise projects.

Requirements

• Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, HTML/CSS, and development environments.
• Understanding of data types, arrays, objects, prototypes, and AJAX.
• Educational, personal, or test projects in a portfolio.
• Commitment to a full-time schedule of five days per week and eight hours per day.
• Candidates from Almaty must participate on-site; candidates from other cities in Kazakhstan may participate remotely.

Nice to have

• Technical background.
