What you will do
- Deliver data science projects independently across machine learning, deep learning, and LLM applications.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions and demonstrate the value of analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into product offerings.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while monitoring advancements in AI and machine learning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLM projects, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience using core machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, LightGBM, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud-based data science tools on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including scalable model training and deployment.
- Knowledge of Git or Bitbucket/Azure DevOps, RAG pipelines, pretraining, fine-tuning, Hugging Face/Transformers, and OpenAI or other model APIs.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required for client-facing work.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, distributed computing, scalable ML, SQL/NoSQL databases, or ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow and Weights & Biases.
- Familiarity with Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask, cloud automation pipelines, API integration, or production ML deployment.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM agents, agentic behavior, and prompt engineering.
- Domain expertise in international finance, healthcare, pharma, or meteorology.
