TL;DR
Solution Specialist, Finance Systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP): Managing finance systems change requests and full-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with an accent on Record-to-Report processes, functional solution design, and Finance stakeholder collaboration. Focus on coordinating SIT and UAT, assessing impacts across integrations and controls, and delivering Oracle Cloud upgrades, data migrations, and process improvements.

What you will do
- Lead Finance Systems change requests and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP project implementations from requirements gathering through post-go-live stabilisation.
- Work with Finance stakeholders to document current-state processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and define future-state requirements.
- Create functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, process improvements, and implementation plans.
- Assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and priorities across finance processes, data, integrations, applications, and controls.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution, release packaging, deployment, and business approval.
- Work with technical teams, Oracle Support, implementation partners, and Finance users on integrations, data migrations, enhancements, and quarterly upgrades.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, module interactions, and third-party integrations.
- Experience delivering at least two full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including Record-to-Report solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax; Receivables and Payables knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with configuration or development, SIT, UAT, deployment, release management, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to prepare functional design documents, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Strong impact analysis and partner-management skills, with the ability to explain solution options to business and technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Oracle EPM, or Master Data Management.
- Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Concur, or Kyriba.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation, Oracle Integration Cloud, or other automation solutions.
- Experience working in a global or international business environment.
