What you will do
- Set and execute the Philippines people strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Lead and develop the local HR Partner team.
- Advise senior leaders and managers on workforce planning, organizational design, talent, performance, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards on hiring, job levelling, compensation, benefits, and development programs.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommend actions for engagement, succession planning, compensation, and workforce initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and improve HR policies, processes, and programs.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification, professional HR certification, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience across multiple HR disciplines in a fast-paced, multinational technology organization.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams and executing site HR strategies for workforces of 500 or more employees.
- Experience in a country HR leadership capacity in the Philippines and strong knowledge of Philippine employment legislation and statutory compliance.
- Advanced analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and HR information systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to maintain a strong office presence in Manila.
